I should've known that I wasn't ready to go to my parents' house. I'd only been on this diet for three days and had next to no willpower. My town doesn't have fast food restaurants, mexican food (mmmmm!), chinese food, etc. We have pizza and burgers. That's it. So when I went to my parents' house a few hours away I had all the greasy goodness at my fingertips. HOWEVER, I didn't go through Taco Bell!! That's the good news!! The bad news is that I did nibble (literally--not even a full bite) on 8 different samples of food for my friend's fundraiser on Saturday. Then I had 6 Cheetos and a two inch square piece of bread on Sunday. I was so mad at myself on Monday! So I'm not going to set weight goals. I'm going to set behavioral goals. I will not cheat today (Tuesday) or tomorrow (Wednesday). I will accept what the scale says and just focus on following the protocol. As of right now I'm 196.5, and my measurements are:
Bust- 40
Waist- 35
Hips- 44
Thigh- 24
I didn't actually go back and check what the measurements last week were, but I'm reeeeally hoping they are larger and this was not just 8.5 pounds of water weight (since my starting weigh in was in the evening).
