Is There Ever Enough Time In The Day???

Today I was only down half a pound, and I know why. I haven't had time to eat my fruits. Any of them. I really needed to get to the store, but with sorting and delivering Scentsy, taking my daughter to school, taking my other daughter to daycare, and working my full time job it's been impossible. So today I'm up and ready froth work two hours before I need to be there. Hopefully the girls will wake up so I can get them to daycare early and get to the store. Before this diet from affordablehcgdiet.com, I never would have thought it'd be possible to eat LESS than 500 calories a day! But wow! The hunger is completely gone other than before lunch and dinner! And on a side note, I haven't tried Melba toast or grissini sticks, so I gave in to my Carb craving and had 17 Cheerios. New day, new goal of not cheating. Dang it.

  1. You can do it girl! Stay strong you are doing great and half a pound is great too...a loss is a loss...try to get all 500 cal in cuz u could stall or gain if u dont. :)
