I Survived Day 1!!!
So I followed Day 1 of Phase 2 to a T. This is how it went-- WED--I forgot to weigh myself when I got up, so I did it at lunch. I was up a pound from where I was Monday night (I loaded Sun, Mon and Tues). No problem. I ate more than usual on Sun, ate a TON on Mon, and ate a little more than normal on Tues. It was hard to find time to eat, so I did 3 load days. So Wednesday at noon I was 206. I ate a microwaved scrambled egg (GROSS! I'm reeeally not a breakfast eater!) in the morning, two cups of broccoli and 4 oz grilled chicken for lunch, an apple for snack at 3:30, and a can of tuna mixed with a cup of celery, a roma tomato, and about a tbsp of mustard. It was all reeeeally good!! Especially after eating such rich foods on the load days. I didn't eat my second serving of fruit, since after doing the math I was really close to the 500 allowed calories. But after dinner I didn't want it, anyway. And I learned to hold off on the apple until probably 4:30 to stave off hunger before dinner. Then this morning--- 201!!! YAY!!! This. Is. Working!! Thank you affordablehcgdiet.com !!!
